What kinds of merchandise can you supply?
At present B & C mainly supply a lot of different items from following categories:

Can you help on small order which less than MOQ.?
Yes, we'd like to support on trial orders to start our long term business cooperation. However,
the cost would be a little different compared with MOQ., so we'd like to recheck the cost once
we get your kind inquiry with exactly order quantity request.
What is the Payment Terms?
In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. If order total amount less than USD5,000, full payment by T/T in advance.
2. If order total amount more than USD10,000, we would ask T/T with 30% deposit, balance before shipment and after inspection.
3. If order total amount more than USD30,000, LC at sight would be acceptable.
What about Delivery Time?
Normally, delivery time is depend on different order quantity, sales season and different item.
We usually ask 3-10 days for samples, and 25-35 days production after receiving
down payment or irrevocable L/C at sight after order and samples approval.
Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
Yes, on most occasions B & C make production according to your design and request, We
also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.
Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, B & C is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.
Can I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for quality and market evaluation, and we would ask sample
charge and shipping cost, then, we do prepaid at our side.
What is the price FOB China?
FOB means Free On Board, only for product price, it does not include shipping cost,
insurance and import duty at your end.
How to arrange Shipping?
You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder
agent in China before production completion, of course, you also can ask B & C to arrange
shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.
How to cover Insurance?
If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you may arrange insurance by yourself or ask
B & C to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping.
What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost
once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address.
Which air courier company do you use?
We use DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, as our air courier.
